About Matt and Chrissy Stewart:

Chrissy and Matt have been married for 23 years and have three kids. Jackson is 20, Alex is 18, and Madeline is 15. They lived in Lenexa for 23 years. Chrissy was diagnosed with angiosarcoma four years ago. It’s a very rare and aggressive cancer of the blood vessels. Hers stemmed from a cyst her ovary. Matt was diagnosed with colorectal cancer one year ago. It spread to his lungs and his brain, but chemo is helping both of them stay alive. Theye are in the process of writing a memoir about our cancer experiences. Matt published author of six books while Chrissy is in the process of writing her first children’s book.
